Vintage Oval Glass Bread Plate - Death of President McKinley in 1901. He was killed by an assassin in 1901. Mckinley was the 25th president, who won a landslide victory over democrat, William Jennings Bryant. Mckinley was shot point blank twice in the chest at the Pan American Exposition on September 6th, 1901.
Vice President Theodore Roosevelt succeeded him. The plate was manufactured by McKee & Brothers.
